Delete Account
Delete your account in Gaffer under Settings → Delete Account, or request account and associated data deletion by email without reinstalling the app.
Send the request from your account email if possible. Otherwise, tell us the email on the account so we can verify ownership before deleting it.
What happens next
We verify account ownership and remove active account data under our control. We aim to process emailed requests within 30 days. Some purchase, support, security and backup records may be retained as described in our privacy policy.
Deleting your Gaffer account does not cancel an active Google Play, Apple or web subscription. Cancel it separately where you purchased it to stop future charges. You can request account deletion at any time.
